Description
Disability Support Worker
Disability Support Workers provide person-centred support to individuals with disability to promote independence, wellbeing, and community participation. The role involves assisting with daily living activities, personal care, skill development, and social engagement while delivering supports in a safe, respectful, and trauma-informed manner.
Operations Manager
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day service delivery, workforce coordination, and operational compliance. This role ensures services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with legislative, contractual, and quality requirements while supporting staff performance, risk management, and continuous improvement.
Client Engagement Coordinator
The Client Engagement Coordinator supports positive client and stakeholder relationships from intake through ongoing service delivery. This role manages referrals, coordinates onboarding, liaises with families and funding bodies, and ensures services are responsive, well-communicated, and aligned with individual goals and expectations.
Support Coordinator
Assists NDIS participants to understand and implement their NDIS plans, connect with appropriate supports, build capacity, and navigate the service system to achieve their goals.
Specialist Support Coordinator
Supports participants with complex needs and high-risk situations, providing advanced coordination, crisis planning, stakeholder collaboration, and system navigation to stabilise supports and reduce risks.
